Below you’ll find the different fees that may apply when placing an order with us.

Freight Rates

Express delivery with Instabox - 69 kr 
Express delivery with PostNord Varubrev - 65 kr
Express delivery to a PostNord Service Point / Parcel Locker - 69 kr 

Standard delivery with PostNord Varubrev - 49 kr Free shipping on orders over 799 kr 
Standard delivery with Early Bird Morning Delivery - 49 kr Free shipping on orders over 799 kr
Standard delivery with Budbee (Evening delivery) - 69 kr

Invoice or Instalment Account Fee

If you choose to pay by invoice, a fee of 29 kr applies. If you choose an instalment account, the fee is 39 kr. The fee covers the costs of managing your credit and any associated credit assessment.

Invoice Reminder Fee

If payment has not been received on time, a reminder fee of currently 60 kr will be charged.

Account Reminder & Late Payment Fee

To avoid a reminder fee (currently 60 kr), a late payment fee (currently 95 kr), and default interest, payment must be made well before the due date.

Return Fee

When you return an item, a fee of 59 kr always applies. This fee covers the cost of transportation back to our warehouse, where the item is inspected and repacked before being restocked.

Uncollected Parcel

If you do not collect your parcel within the specified time at the service point, we will charge a fee. The fee covers the costs incurred in connection with your purchase and is currently 99 kr.
