Your membership level is based on how many points you have collected in the last 12 months. You earn points on your purchases when you register as a member and identify yourself at the checkout, and for every krona you spend, you get 1 point. As soon as you have collected the points required to reach the next level, you will be automatically upgraded and will keep the new level for 12 months. There are three membership levels: Member = 0 - 999 points, Plus Member = 1,000 - 2,999 points, Premium Member = 3,000+ points

1,000 points = 25 SEK, 2,000 points = 50 SEK, 3,000 points = 75 SEK

We make bonus payments four times a year and if you have enough points in your balance, we will pay the bonus to your member account and notify you via email or SMS.

If you have an active bonus check, it is loaded on your membership. When you are logged in, you can see it on My Pages under Membership and in the checkout under "Gift cards, discount codes & bonus checks". To activate your bonus, you must be logged in and in the checkout click on 'Gift cards, discount codes & bonus checks'.

You must meet the terms and conditions to be able to use your bonus check. All bonus checks have a minimum purchase amount that you must shop for, the minimum amount is stated in the terms and conditions text under your active bonus check on My Pages. You must be logged in to your member account to be able to see and activate your bonus check.

Bonus checks can have different validity periods; the validity period is shown on your active check under Membership on My Pages.

When returning parts or your entire purchase, the bonus check will not be recreated or credited to other items of the current purchase, but will be considered used up. Your bonus is a discount and not a means of payment. The discount that your bonus check represents will be distributed across all products in your order, not on the total amount. This means that in the event of a return, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for each individual product. Example: You place an order with two products and use a bonus check of 25 SEK. The amount is distributed across both products, which means a discount of 12.50 SEK/product. If the products cost 100 SEK each, this means that you pay 87.50 SEK per product. If you return one of the products, you will receive a refund of 87.50 SEK.

No, your bonus check cannot be combined with a discount code. However, you can use your bonus check together with already discounted prices.

Your points will not be awarded until 30 days after the date of purchase to allow for returns or online cancellations. You will not receive points for items you have returned or that have been removed from your order. Until then, your points will be “Pending Points.”
